We believe Innovative Negotiation is about the process of people agreeing to an effective solution – more quickly and at a higher level of return-on-investment than you are at today. There is no requirement that we must invent a new way to slice bread every time we negotiate with each other. It does not matter whether the result is only slightly more innovative, or so far outside the box that Einstein would be jealous! What does matter is that we accomplish improved professional and personal results that cross over into “innovation” on a more regular basis.
